How can I create a ticket?

We want to make reaching to us easy as possible.  There are several ways to reach out to us and choose the avenue you wish.

Our agents are on standby to assist with your parcel inquiries and can address your concerns.    We encourage you to reach out to our live agents. 



Outside those live chat hours,  please create a ticket so we can respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.  


To create a Parcel Inquiry Ticket:

1) Fill out the Parcel Inquiries Form on the FleetOptics website. 
2) Easiest way is to click on the Help widget on our page and click on submit a ticket


Typically, our response time is within 24-48 hours.


Our business hours are: 

Monday-Friday: 7am-11pm EST

Saturday: 9am-8pm EST

Sunday:  9am-5PM EST
