What does a delivery status mean?

Our tracking page displays a variety of statuses to reflect your parcel’s journey in real time.


Successful: Your package was successfully delivered. Please refer to the tracking page for more information, including delivery location and photo proof.


  • Safe Drop - House Front Door: Your package was delivered to the house front door.
  • Safe Drop - Apartment Unit Door: Your package was delivered to the apartment unit door
  • Safe Drop - Other Location: Your package was delivered to a secure alternative spot. Please check the tracking details and photo proof for more information.
  • Consignee: The package was successfully delivered to the intended recipient. 
  • Other Household Member: The package was successfully delivered to a household member. 
  • Third Party - Reception: The package was successfully delivered to a receptionist at the intended address. 
  • Third Party - Security/Concierge: Your package was successfully delivered to a security guard or concierge, which is common at condos and office buildings.



Unsuccessful:  We weren’t able to deliver your package. Don’t worry—each parcel receives up to 3 delivery attempts. It will likely be back out for delivery within 1–2 business days.  Please check the tracking page for updates.
  • No Safe Drop Location: We couldn’t find a secure spot to safely leave your package.
  • Unable to Access: The delivery driver couldn’t access the building or drop-off location. This may be due to locked entrances or restricted access.
  • Unable to Locate: The delivery address couldn’t be found. Please double-check the address details in your order or contact support.
  • Business Closed: The delivery was attempted, but the business was closed at the time. 
  • No Signature Available:   This parcel required a signature at time of delivery before it can be released for delivery.  




In Transit: Your package scanned at a FleetOptics transfer terminal and making its way to the final FleetOptics delivery depot. 


Please check the tracking page for updates as the ETA will be updated when your parcel reaches our depots and is scanned in. 




Out for Delivery - our driver is out on the road today to delivery your package. 


You should have received a delivery window giving  you an estimate on what time the package will arrive at your location.   When the delivery vehicle is within 10 stops of your stop,  you will track your parcel in real time on the map of the delivery vehicle arriving to your stop.    Please be sure to enter your tracking ID on the tracking page, click on More Details, enter your postal code to view the map.
