How can I add special delivery instructions?

We understand that you may want to give us more information to deliver the parcels to your preference. 


I forgot to add my buzzer code or unit number.


Yes we need this information to complete our delivery to you.   Please click onto our tracking page, enter your tracking ID and postal code pertaining to this shipment and click on "Update Shipping Details".      On this page you can enter unit number or apartment building #s and buzzer codes.   Click Submit and this information will be passed onto our drivers. 


I have other special instructions that is not covered in the above form.

Please note we cannot change addresses or redirect to a completely new address.
