Where is my package?

FleetOptics makes up to three (3) delivery attempts for each order. We deliver Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays between 7am to 8pm typically.


What time will you deliver my package? 


You may have received an email or SMS notifications informing you that we have received your package in our facility.   On the day of delivery, we will provide an estimated delivery window.  Within 10 stops of your delivery, you may be able to track the shipment live on the map in More Details.  Please enter your postal code. 


What if my delivery is not successful?

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will typically go back out for delivery again within 1–2 business days.    To learn more about the different types of delivery statuses, click here.
