What happens after a failed delivery attempt?
We understand you're eager to get your package. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, a delivery can be unsuccessful on the first attempt. We want to assure you we're doing everything we can to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
We make a total of three (3) delivery attempts for each order, and we deliver Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. If we were unable to deliver your package today, we will typically re-attempt delivery within 1–2 business days.
To keep a close eye on your package, we recommend using our tracking page: https://delivery.fleetopticsinc.com/tracking/. By entering your postal code in the More Details (Delivery Photos) section, you can monitor your parcel's progress.
