There may be several reasons why the driver did not pick up the recycling bags.
Drivers are instructed to only pick up Nespresso branded bags
These are the black or red bags provided by Nespresso in your delivery or at their boutique as well. Please be advised our drivers are instructed to only pick up Nespresso branded capsule bags.
Drivers can only pick up bags that are sealed
Due to the nature of the product and risk of contamination with other packages in the vehicle, we can only pick up Nespresso red or black bags that are 100% sealed. Please ensure the bags are sealed at time of pick up. Once sealed, please reach out to Nespresso Club Members Services 1-855-325-5781 directly to arrange another dedicated pick up by FleetOptics.
Are the bags visible and easy to access for the drivers?
Our drivers are on the look out for capsules upon delivery however, mistakes can happen and drivers may have missed your pick up. We understand how frustrating this may be therefore, please reach out to us immediately via email (https://fleetopticsinc.com/contact-us/#tab2) or chat so we can arrange for a scheduled dedicated pods pick up.
What are my options now to get these capsules recycled?
We thank you for being environmentally conscious and wanting to recycle these capsules. We feel the same way and want to offer several options from here:
1) Drop off your capsules at the closest Nespresso boutique.
2) Nespresso offers several different recycling options by province - please visit their website and enter your province to see the different options available https://www.nespresso.com/ca/en/irecycle/.
3) Reach out to Nespresso Club Members Services 1-855-325-5781 directly to arrange a dedicated pick up by FleetOptics.
