Please note, we were unable to complete the delivery due to reasons ranging from missing address information, incomplete address, PO boxes, oversized parcels or we had exceeded 3 delivery attempts.
We encourage you to immediately reach out to the shipper to inquire what is the specific reason for the return.
FleetOptics cannot revise addresses and the instruction must be made by the shipper to us requesting the correction.
If we still have the parcel in our possession, once the shipper revises the details/information then we can make another attempt for delivery. However, once your package has left our facility, you will need to contact the sender for a refund or a reshipment.
